A great turnout for the blood drive in Grant on March 31 resulted in 49 units collected. This includes 6 ‘power reds’ in which the number of red blood cells are collected in a single unit and 4 first time donors. Many thanks to each person who came to donate and the volunteers who also donate their valuable time. Congratulations to Shannon Jensen earning her 6 gallon milestone pin (pictured.) The ladies of the Zion Lutheran church served a welcome warm lunch, Tyler Mahnken helped with the picking up process, as well as the Lions club for set up and signage! Our next mobile in Grant will be July 30, 2026 from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM. As always we applaud the community spirit of giving from Perkins County!
