PC team places eighth to end season; Wallace sending Sayer to state

Though the season didn’t end as the team might have hoped, the Plainsmen golfers wrapped up with another season of experience and an eighth place finish at districts on Monday, May 17.

PCS qualifies three for state Class C meet; Wallace qualifies two, relay in Class D

Perkins County and Wallace track teams will be represented this week at the NSAA state track meet set for Omaha’s Burke Stadium.

Where has the track season gone? With inclement weather affecting the first several weeks of the season, it’s hard to believe it’s time for district track.
